American Doctor is a 2026 documentary from award-winning filmmaker Poh Si Teng. It follows three American physicians — a Palestinian, a Jew, and a Zoroastrian — united by a single mission: to volunteer their medical skills in Gaza, where healthcare infrastructure has been devastated. Dr. Thaer Ahmad, Dr. Mark Perlmutter, and Dr. Feroze Sidhwa offer a portrait of medical conscience across lines that usually divide.
